Download and install the Pixelyzer software

only AVAILABLE FOR Windows PC

Step 1. Download and install the Matlab environment MCR R2020a x64bit from the official Matlab website or click HERE to start the download (note file size 2.5GB)

Step 2. Download the Pixelyzer app (1MB) from this LINK then unzip and put the folder anywhere on your pc

Step 3. First time you open the app “Pixelyzer.exe”, you will be asked for an activation license. Please copy the key from the pop-up window (see snapshot below) and send it to us using the form below. When we receive the key we will generate a license file and email it to you (we’ll try to do that within 48hrs).

Using the program after the license activation

(1) open a dicom image
(2) select the beat envelope that you want to analyze: draw a rectangle by placing 2 dots on the opposite corners, a zoomed gray scale image of the area you selected will show up on the right panel
(3) in the gray scale panel, outline the envelope by clicking on the contour until you have a closed loop (double click the last dot to close the loop and start the analysis). The results will show up automatically in the lower panels.
